Transferring between schools
If you wish to transfer school you need to complete an In Year Common Preference Form (ICPF), see below. You need to return the completed form to the school that is your first preference either in person or by post. Please note that your child's current school will have to sign and stamp the form.

If we are able to offer you a place, you will receive a letter confirming this.  If we are unable to offer you a place the Admissions Team at Leeds City Council will contact you in writing to let you know about the other schools in your area and any vacancies at these schools.
